Painful right eye with restricted movement; redness and swelling since 1 week.

A cystic lesion within the inferior oblique muscle is seen with probable mural eccentric 'dot'.

Case Discussion

This case a typical morphology of cysticercus. Confirmed on aspiration to be cysticercosis.
