Dominant ovarian follicle with multiple smaller peripheral cystic structures, compatible with cumulus oophorus.
Case Discussion
A cumulus oophorus is a radiological normal variant in the ovaries. They may occasionally be seen during a pelvic ultrasound on a premenopausal woman, and should not be confused with a pathological finding.
