There is a small well-defined subcortical unilocular cystic lesion of the left frontal lobe of low signal intensity on T1WI, high signal intensity on T2WI and FLAIR (CSF intensity) with no peripheral enhancement or surrounding edema. No restricted diffusion is seen on DWI /ADC.
Case Discussion
MRI features are suggestive of a neuroglial cyst.
