Concentric mural thickening of the distal thoracic oesophagus with upstream dilatation and an air-fluid level. No enlarged thoracic or upper abdominal lymph nodes. No pulmonary nodule or mass.
Case Discussion
Oesophageal cancer proven on endoscopic biopsy. The patient was successfully treated with an Ivor Lewis procedure.
