At the ureterovesical junction, an approximately 7 mm maximum diameter stone was found. The ureter and renal pelvis were dilated. In the distal part of the ureter, fatty infiltration was also seen; infection or inflammation could be the cause.
Case Discussion
Left-sided abdominal pain dilated left renal pelvis, and proximal ureter was found during the ultrasound examination. Non-contrast CT was performed to visualize the stone, which was found at the ureterovesical junction.
