Multiple hypervascular masses are seen at liver parenchyma which show washout on PVP and delayed images. The largest one measured 45mm. Additionally, a 73×56mm well-defined partially exophytic mass with small foci of peripheral calcifications and inhomogeneous enhancement is noted at pancreatic body. There is no sign of local tumoral invasion to adjacent structures and no vascular encasement.
The prostate gland is mildly enlarged.
Case Discussion
Pancreatic mass with hypervascular hepatic metastasis.
This was a pathologically proven malignant pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET).
