- abnormal urinary bladder wall with diffuse and focal irregular thickening
- prominent hypervascularity of the wall is noted on color Doppler study
- turbid bladder contents compatible with blood products
Case Discussion
Both radiation and chemotherapy can result in severe hemorrhagic cystitis.
