Case Discussion

In patients with COVID 19, the most noted radiological sign on chest CT scan is ground glass opacities, predominantly in the peripheral location.  Pleural effusions and mediastinal adenopathy are not usually seen in COVID-19, which are absent at this case.

This patient tested PCR positive for COVID 19.
