Presentation

Cerebral palsy.

Patient Data

Age: 4 years
Gender: Male

The MRI sequences demonstrate:

  • dilated lateral ventricles with irregular margins of the bodies and trigones of the lateral ventricles
  • loss of periventricular white matter with increased T2/FLAIR signal
  • thinning of the corpus callosum
