Irregularity with irregular ossification of the medial aspect of the distal femoral epiphysis, bilaterally.
Case Discussion
This case represents a normal anatomical variation, where the medial aspect of the distal femoral epiphysis may ossify in an irregular way. This should not be confused with any pathology such as osteomyelitis or neoplastic lesions.
