Post-delivery status. Pelvic pain and features of systemic infection.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

Enlarged uterus (post-delivery status).

The collection anterior to the uterus which communicates with the endometrial cavity measures about 10 x 4 x 9 cm.

Bilateral mild pleural effusion with underlying lung atelectatic changes.
