Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

At the right adnexa, there is a large (52 x 35 mm), well-defined heterogeneous mass which is predominantly fat attenuation component with calcified and cystic components, without enhancing component, features are characteristic of mature cystic teratoma (Dermoid cyst). 

Case Discussion

Due to the large size of the lesion, the lesion was removed. Conservative management in cases of large ovarian tumors increases the risk of secondary tortion.
