There is symmetrical perfusion to both kidneys and prompt, uniform cortical extraction of tracer. Normal excretion of tracer into the collecting systems is demonstrated, with no evidence of hold up or obstruction.
Renal function is symmetrical, the left kidney contributing 52% and the right kidney contributing 48% to overall function.
