A 50 mm heterogeneous solid enhancing mass is seen at middle pole of left kidney accompanied by perinephric fat stranding and a few dilated perinephric collateral vessels.
There is a 8 mm low enhancing mass is seen at 6th hepatic segment.
A 13 mm hypodense focus is seen at lower pole of spleen which shows delayed enhancement.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent left nephrectomy and histopathologic evaluation confirms renal cell carcinoma (clear cell subtype).
Splenic and hepatic lesions are consistent with hemangioma (correlated with ultrasonography finding).
