A 112×87×95 mm well defined fat containing mass is present at the right adnexa, including a 35 mm soft tissue density eccentric nodule.
Case Discussion
Features on CT scan are typical for right mature cystic ovarian teratoma, which is the most common ovarian neoplasm. These slow-growing tumors contain elements from multiple germ cell layers.
