Accessory digit lateral to the right 5th (little) toe with a bifid 5th metatarsal bone.
Accessory digit lateral to the left 5th (little) toe with a bifid proximal 5th phalanx.
Both hands were normal (not shown).

Radiographic features of a post-axial polydactyly of the feet type according to Temtamy and McKusick classification.
Post-axial polydactyly is defined as an additional digit on the ulnar margin of the hand, or lateral to the 5th (little) toe. It is more common than preaxial polydactyly.
