Postoperative changes are seen due to total esophagectomy and gastric pull up. There is no apparent stricture or definite sign of local tumoral recurrence at the anastomotic site.
Case Discussion
Barium study shows no apparent sign of local tumoral recurrence at the anastomotic site; however, contrast enhanced CT scan can be more helpful in this patient if clinically suspected, but the gold standard investigation for anastomotic recurrence is endoscopy with biopsy.
