Low-density subcarinal (middle mediastinal) mass, minimal right lower lobe atelectasis, otherwise normal CT chest.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent resection of the mass, pathology showed a bronchial duplication cyst. Middle mediastinal location and low density are typical for a duplication cyst.
