Findings was changed:

There is a large well-defined fluid attenuating lesion anterior to the peritoneum and posterior to the anterior abdominal wall protruding through umbilical hernia measuring about 16 x 6.4 x 19cm19 cm in TR, AP and CC dimensions respectively. No solid areas. No calcification. No evidence of intra peritonealintraperitoneal or retroperitoneal extension.The The bowel loops are compressed posteriorly by the lesion. No abnormal bowel dilatation is noted.The liver is normal in shape, size, texture and outlines. No focal lesion is noted.Gall bladder as well as intra and extra hepatic biliary channels are normal.Normal aspect of spleen, pancreas, kidneys, urinary bladder, adrenals, stomach and pelvic organs is noted.No evidence of abdominal lymphadenopathy.No ascites or pneumoperitoneum
