Right sided weakness, right facial drop, and expressive dysphasia.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male

Hyperdense left MCA, loss of left insular ribbon sign, ill defined left temporal cortical and subcortical hypodensity, and ill defined left basal ganglia.
