Enlarged heterogeneous pancreas shows anterior bowing and surface irregularity surrounded by a rim of peri-pancreatic fluid.
Dilated common bile duct and pancreatic duct.
Multiple gall bladder stones of average size 6 to 7 mm.
Case Discussion
Biochemistry confirmed the diagnosis in this patient with highly elevated serum amylase and lipase levels; serum amylase = 692 U/L and serum lipase = 3418 U/L.
