there is a well-defined hypodense mass arising from the right maxillary sinus causing widening of maxillary ostium and protruding into nasal cavity associated with smooth enlargement of the sinus
moderate deviation of nasal septum toward left side is seen
mucoperiosteal thickening of right frontal, both ethmoid, left maxillary and left sphenoid sinuses is seen
Case Discussion
The overall CT features are suggestive of right maxillary antrochoanal polyp (ACP).
