Presentation

Nasal obstruction.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
ct
  •  there is a well-defined hypodense mass arising from the right maxillary sinus causing widening of maxillary ostium and protruding into nasal cavity associated with smooth enlargement of the sinus

  • moderate deviation of nasal septum toward left side is seen

  • mucoperiosteal thickening of right frontal, both ethmoid, left maxillary and left sphenoid sinuses is seen

Case Discussion

The overall CT features are suggestive of right maxillary antrochoanal polyp (ACP).
