Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

A small lesion is visible as a midline scalp mass near the posterior vertex. This lesion is associated with a persistent falcine sinus, which passes through a well-defined calvarial defect.

ultrasound

On ultrasound, we see the bone defect and extracranial lesion with no vascular signal inside.
