Asymmetry of the hip joints, with reduced joint space on the right side, subchondral sclerosis, geodes, and femoral head surface irregularity.
No fracture. No destructive bony lesion can be seen.
Findings represent avascular necrosis with secondary osteoarthritis of the right hip.
