Presentation

Premature neonate on mechanical ventilation.

Patient Data

Age: 1 month
Gender: Male

Nasogastric tube and venous line well placed, tip of arterial line cannot be discerned.
Ventilation tube placed too deep in trachea.
Pneumothorax surrounding right lung, view of left hemithorax blocked by ventilation apparatus.
