Irregular outline with increased density of both medial cuneiforms and navicular bones.
Case Discussion
Osteochondrosis is a self-limiting, benign, idiopathic condition that typically presents in pediatric male patients around the age of 5 years. It presents with pain that is provoked by activity and relieved with rest. It is not related to trauma and show normal inflammatory markers .
Radiologically, it manifests as increased bone density, irregular outline , and loose fragments of the growth plate.
