AmdittedAdmitted with central chest pain. Previous history of left breast malignancy.
Body was changed:

A unilateral breast implant (prosthesis_ is projected(prosthesis projects over the left chest -) augmentation having been performed following a mastectomy for a breast breast malignancy.

It is far less common to identify a unilateral implant, as so many of them are for primary cosmetic purposes and so involve both breasts.
