Patchy and confluent nodular airspace opacities bilaterally with emphasis on the left side and the lung bases.

Case Discussion

This is in keeping with bronchopneumonia. Bronchopneumonia tends to have a bilateral, asymmetric pattern with emphasis on the lung bases.
