Presentation was changed:
Postmenopausal patient, comes for examination for a evaluation prior to a hysterectomy. Chest x ray-ray showed (not shown) ill defined-defined densities. She denied any respiratory symptoms.

The findings suggestare highly concerning for metastatic haematogenous spread. Still waiting for more clinical informations and final diagnosis of unknown primary

Primary lung carcinomas cavities more frequently than metastatic lesions toin the lung. Most cavitary metastases are epithelial in origin. 

This patient was not septic, making septic pulmonary emboli a less likely differential. The appearances are not those usually seen in cavitated lesions of granulomatosis with polyangitis.

Unfortunately, no further clinical details were available for this case.
