Gender: Female

A space-occupying lesion noted involving the right posterior parietal lobe showing:

  • signal pattern: expressing T1 heterogeneous hyperintense, T2 and FLAIR heterogeneous hypointense signals
  • showing peripherally restricted diffusion in DWI sequence
  • no appreciable enhancement after contrast administration
  • surrounded by perifocal edema

Another small cortical and subcortical T1 hypointense, T2 and FLAIR hyperintense area noted involving the left posterior parietal lobe showing blooming on SWI and peripheral diffusion restriction and surrounded by perifocal edema.

MRV shows bilateral thrombosed cortical veins noted at the posterior parietal lobes.
