There is destruction and deformity of the tarsal bones characterised by sclerosis, joint space narrowing, cortical irregularities, and loose bodies. Lisfranc's injury involving from the second to the fifth tarsometatarsal joints with lateral dislocation. Cortical thickening and sclerosis involving the proximal second to fifth metatarsal bones. Local soft tissue oedema.
