A 56 × 34 × 36mm ill-defined low-enhancing infiltrative mass is present in the central segments of the left liver lobe that extends to the porta hepatic and causes the left bile ducts dilatation.
In addition, several porta hepatis and para-aortic enlarged lymph nodes with SAD less than 15 mm.
Several non-enhanced simple cortical cysts are also seen in both kidneys.
Case Discussion
Pathology-proven cholangiocarcinoma with porta hepatis and para-aortic lymphadenopathy.
