Choroid plexus xanthogranulomas

Case contributed by Maxime St-Amant
Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Head trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years

No focal hemorrhage. However, there was a new left temporal focal region of macrocystic encephalomalacia, probably an old cerebral infarction. Incidentally, we noted bilateral cystic images on the choroid plexus, compatible with xanthogranolumas.
