Choroid plexus xanthogranulomas

No focal hemorrhage. However, there was a new left temporal focal region of macrocystic encephalomalacia, probably an old cerebral infarction. Incidentally, we noted bilateral cystic images on the choroid plexus, compatible with xanthogranolumas.
