Gallbladder presents with diffuse parietal thickening, thick bile with echoes in suspension and calculus in the infundibular region.
Case Discussion
A patient with a history of biliary lithiasis confirmed by abdominal ultrasound three years ago, with recurrent biliary colic, presented, during the examination, echographic signs suggestive of chronic lithiasic cholecystitis.
