Findings was changed:

Right hip is chronically dislocated with a shallow native acetabular fossa.  Note Note creation of a new acetabulum with the "shelf" procedure. Despite this, marked osteoarthritic change has developed.  The The femoral head is grossly dysplastic with atrophy of the surrounding musculature compared to to the opposite side.
