Body was changed:

MRI demonstrates marked dilatation of the ventricular system, including the fourth ventricle, with wide open foramen of Luschka and Magendie. There is no transependymal oedema (in keeping with chronic dilatation).

Findings are consistent with communicating hydrocephalus.
