Nodular thickening of bilateral adrenal glands is seen.
Heterogeneous altered signal intensity lesions with irregular outlines are seen, nearly completely replacing the normal testes.
Case Discussion
Findings are suggestive of congenital adrenal hyperplasia with testicular adrenal rests. The patient was found to have a deficiency of the 17-alpha-hydroxylase enzyme.
