Sternotomy wire sutures are seen with aortic valve prosthesis.
Increased cardiothoracic ratio
Congested central vessels.
Faint left basal infiltrate with blunting of the left costophrenic angle.
Case Discussion
This is an 80-year-old lady presenting through ER with a high-grade fever. A chest x-ray was obtained for suspected COVID-19 case it demonstrated left lower lung infiltrate, and a nasopharyngeal swab for COVID-19 was obtained and the result was positive.
