Case Discussion
A retirement aged patient with a pristine chest radiograph only a few months earlier.
The presentation chest radiograph demonstrated a florid bilateral distribution of airspace change, which is the most classical appearance of COVID-19 pneumonia.
PCR testing following a throat swab confirmed COVID-19 as the cause of this viral pneumonia.
