Well-defined hypodense marginally enhancing lesion is seen at the inner canthus of the right eye. Swelling and smudging of the preseptal fat planes is noted with no evidence of post septal extension. No subperiosteal abscess. No stones seen within the nasolacrimal duct.
Case Discussion
The findings are in keeping with dacryocystitis and preseptal orbital cellulitis.
