Presentation

Presents to pediatric clinic complaining of limping.

The right hip shows complete dislocation with 100% loss of contact between femoral head and acetabular roof, the femur is internally rotated and the femoral head displaced posterosuperiorly. Also right femoral head is smaller than left side. Right Shenton line is markedly distorted in comparison to left side.
