Flowing ossifications as heterotopic ossification involving the anterior longitudinal ligament of four contiguous vertebral bodies are seen.

Case Discussion

Florid flowing ossification along the anterior longitudinal ligament of the cervical vertebral bodies compatible with diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH).
