Lentiform soft tissue masses (elastofibromas) are identified in the bilateral subscapular region which are in close proximity with the postero-lateral portion of the costal arches just deep to the serratus anterior (SA) and latissmusand latissimus dorsi (LD) musclesmuscles larger on the right side which have signal intensity of the muscles.
