Findings was changed:

An expansile lytic lesion is seen in the distal phalanx of the left middle finger, in keeping with an enchondroma.

A cortical breakthrough can be observed at the medial edge of the lesion.

Findings are consistent with an enchondroma with benign imaging features. Enchondromas are usually asymptomatic, but those found in the hands or feet can cause pain due to a pathological or impending fracture.
