Case Discussion
Epidermal inclusion cyst is a cutaneous lesion that presents as a painless swelling mostly commonly in hairy areas such as the scalp, face, trunk etc. Color Doppler shows no vascularity unless the cyst is ruptured. Twinkle artefact on color Doppler ultrasound is common and highly specific.
