Findings was changed:

Markedly enhancing irregular midline mass epicentered at olfactory fossa extending intracranially and into nasal cavity. It is T2 isointense mass with mass effect upon both frontal lobes with bilateral frontal lobe edema. It shows Intense enhancement on postcontrast T1.
