CT scan demonstrates a roughly 7cm7 cm diameter density in the right upper zone with preservation of liver and right kidneys border indicating that this is most likely locatedretroperitoneally. The presence of calcification and bone density suggesting teratoma or FIFfetus in fetu as the cause.

The 25-days old male neonate was referred for US because the pediatrician palpated an abdominalAbdominal mass. There was a large heterogeneous abdominal mass with mixed echogenicity (not shown here). CT of the abdomen was performed for further evaluation.
