Updates to Case Attributes

Body was changed:

Initial radiograph (not shown) demonstrated a single metal focus in soft tissue of forearm on volar side.

Using gray scale ultrasound, foreign body could not be localized initially. Switching on Doppler with high PRF, actually helped to localize foreign body.  

Surgical exploration revealed a metal dense foreign body in muscle plane.

As with stone, a metal foreign body with a irregular/rough surface produces twinkle artifact.
