The foreign bodies are seen on both sides of the bowel ( mostly the small bowel ).
No obvious distended bowel.

After 10 hours of the first images, the foreign bodies are seen in the left-sided transverse colon and descending colon.
No obvious distended bowel.
Normal bowel gas distribution.
