A hyperdense mass with distinct and lobulated margins is noted in the anterior aspect of the frontal sinus, most consistent with an osteoma.
Case Discussion
Osteoma is a benign mature bony growth usually found incidentally and often asymptomatic.
About 80% of paranasal sinus osteomas are located in the frontal sinus. They are usually asymptomatic but may become symptomatic due to direct mass effect or obstruction of normal sinus drainage.
